You can purchase individual cuts or mixed or specialized packs -

• 5kg Mixed Beef Box - A mix of mince, snags, premium steaks, BBQ steaks, roast, meat on the bone cuts (eg. ribs) etc.

• 4kg Slow Cook Pack - Mix of cuts perfect for slow cooking, an example box could contain 1kg diced/chuck, 1kg osso-bucco, 1.5kg slow cooker roast, 1 x Y bones pack

• 2kg BBQ Beef Pack - 1 x pack snags, 1 x pack BBQ Steaks, 1 x pack premium steaks, 1kg diced/chuck (for skewers)

All meat packs come vacuum sealed and in meal sized portions. (e.g. 500g mince, 2-4 steaks, 1.5kg roasts) They come fresh or frozen, but all are fresh within the fortnight.
