From our mates Dusty & Nell Elsom at Elsom Grazing comes Australian White x sheep, lovingly bred and raised on their regenerative farm in the Southern Downs and Granite Belt region. Elsom prioritizes low-stress animal management to ensure the highest quality meat, while regenerating the land they are farmed on. This holistic farming practice guarantees the well-being of the animals, the land they inhabit, and consequently, the individuals who savour their meat - all while making a valuable contribution towards a sustainable future for our planet.

All meat comes in vacuum sealed packaging, and either fresh or frozen, depending on the process week.
